ASY002 Inigo Kennedy
The Secondary
ASY002 (Asymmetric)
12" (October 1999)

"Just beautiful... How can people not grasp the beauty of tracks like this (A1 - I guess). Play this for a 4,000 attendance with some servodrive speakers and it gets more and more beautiful... Makes me want to cry and laugh at the same time. Intense."
Internet

"Absolutley stunning second release on Inigo's recent imprint."
Internet

"Stunning 4 tracker from the UK don, tougher and more abstract then ever on Inigo's own Asymmetric label."
Internet

"The new Asymmetric (#2) is f**kin' great... Well, one of the tracks. Poundin... Inigo style. In line with #1 as well... Good start! That first real quick breakdown is tight - digital effects all the way - and not too hammed up... Before you know it you're back in the middle of it again."
Internet

"Four furious and funky techno tracks that deliver a dark, scary vibe, full on semi-abrasive pressure and some spacey effects."
Internet

"Loads of energy and pretty freaky..."
Internet

"He goes in the same line like the first one. 4 tracks with lotsa filtering and some odd rhythms. Track A1 is the bomb IMO, will drive all harder crowds insane!"
Internet

"Ohh yeah, Inigo's back with his second release on his own label, Asymmetric. Expect more of the same throbbing, twisting, dark pulsating sound from #1 in #2, but this time the *filtered* track is blessed with a little more straightforward'ness than #1. So WTF does that mean? Shit, I dunno...it just doesn't fade in/out as much, so it makes it that much easier and better to use IMO. Inigo's got an amazing sound going right now that definately stands out over the rest. Four tracks in all, 2 locked grooves. If you really liked #1 or want something OTHER than the same tribal stuff spewing forth lately, then grab this release. Hell, grab two just for the locked grooves themselves, since you can almost recreate his first release with this record (well almost). Work those grooves! Check it! Highly recommended!"
