"At last the remixes from one of the best double packs of last year are out and don't they just pack a whole heap of surprises. The Makaton remix is a stripped down version of the original but aims directly for the floor. Fumiya Tanaka provides a minimal workout but the best two mixes come courtesy of Inigo Kennedy (who goes absolutely balistic on us) and Female/Regis who aim for a funky but incredibly dark piece of music that buries itself deep in your box for use almost anywhere. Another Makaton double pack this isn't, instead something to treasure for the incresing amount of Rodz-Konez devotees out there." Mark EG |

"Inigo Kennedy - Focking great! Broken electronica mayhem or something. Makaton - Quite similar to the original album. Funky in a very white and oily way. Regis/Female - Good but same old same old." Blackout Audio |

"Ahhhhh I love the smell of Birmingham in the morning. Rodz Konez is one of those labels that knows what it likes and does what it wants and in this day and age you have to respect them for that. This is dark, bitter, broken, twisted and as wonky as Stella McCartney walking on ice. It certainly takes to you to a “dark place” – crushing industrial beats and machines being beaten within an inch of their lives – The Regis/Female work out being the strongest to these ears but each track is it’s own master, if you like it loud and dirty – this is for you" Martin Dust |
