"I like 2 tracks. One has a very trippy synth sound over a dry flat kick. The synth noise adds some harmonics later... similar to some of his other recent work, it's not quite melodic, but is more than just a loop.. and very dark. This track also has an effect on the hi hat where it seems to go off phase or beat every now and then, but to good effect. It's basically the same thing as playing doubles of a record and slowing down one slightly to make it seem off, then sliding it back into beat. the other track I like is more of a hypnotic pounder.. It has some more dark moody loops in the background. It has a filtered 909 ride cymbal with fx, but it's also very subdued.. good stuff." Internet
